The Roborock Saros 20 is a formidable robot vacuum. It excels at the basics, delivering excellent vacuuming and mopping, navigating accurately, and getting on with things so reliably that I could easily have forgotten it was even there, if it weren't for the fact my floors were so much cleaner than usual. Its secret weapon is a chassis that enables it to navigate especially uneven floors and clean the thickest of rugs. It boasts near industry-leading suction, rock-solid navigation with retractable LiDAR for low-profile cleaning, AI obstacle avoidance, automatic mop lifting of its chassis for carpets and, of course, the obligatory autonomous dock that washes, dries and empties the contents of the robot's much smaller bin, so you don't have to.
