The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro is a high-performance robot vacuum and mop that excels on carpets and under low furniture thanks to its retractable LiDAR and AdaptiLift technology. While it is an efficient, mostly hands-free cleaning workhorse, its obstacle avoidance is only average and the dock design may not suit everyone.

The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro offers useful upgrades like a retractable laser tower for a lower profile and improved mopping features. While it performs well at vacuuming and navigation, its obstacle detection lags behind top-tier competitors, and it still lacks a detergent dispenser.

The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow is an impressively powerful mop, but it has a limited reach.

Roborock uses the mopping roller for the first time with the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow, but falls short of expectations in terms of mopping performance in the test. The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow also performed solidly in many other areas in the test, but not really convincingly. This is largely due to the features, some of which seem a little "old-fashioned". Of course, it is also important to keep the price in mind here, although we would have expected a little more for just under $1.000 MSRP. Overall, Roborock's mop roller debut Qrevo Curv 2 Flow is a solid robot hoover, although it didn't provide many really convincing purchase arguments in the test. There is still a lot of room for improvement for other Roborock robot hoovers. We would like to see this technology in one of the manufacturer's flagship models in the near future, but please in an improved form.

Dreame, Ecovacs and others have had roller models in their range for longer, so some solutions from the competition are already more mature. What Roborock delivers here is still not a bad device ? but one with clear compromises.

Roborock has made some exciting and useful improvements to the Qrevo Curv 2 Pro compared to its predecessor, bringing it closer to the top models in the Saros series series. Nevertheless, the recommended retail price has been reduced. In everyday use, the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro made a good overall impression in the test. The cleaning performance when vacuuming is really good, especially on carpets. The new mop removal function also scores points here. When mopping, however, it cannot keep up with modern appliances with a mopping roller (despite warm water). Navigation is typically good for Roborock. Obstacle detection is largely reliable, but not at the top level and lags behind the class leader DJI Romo. The round design of the Qrevo Curv 2 Pro's station is also reminiscent of this competitor. The same applies here (as with the first generation): You either like it or you don't. Unfortunately, there is still no detergent dispenser. But on board: the usual excellent app, Matter support and the integrated voice assistant Rocky.

With the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro, the manufacturer once again proves why it belongs to the absolute top class in the robot vacuum market. The flat form factor thanks to the retractable LiDAR, the outstanding suction power and the strong mopping performance even with stubborn dirt provide an all-round convincing overall package in everyday use. The app is also still one of the best on the market and enables both beginners and robot hoovers professionals to configure the robot hoover perfectly. The multifunctional station sets a real exclamation mark in terms of convenience and hygiene: automatic suction, hot water cleaning, intelligent dirt detection and drying minimize the maintenance effort considerably.

The Qrevo Curv 2 Pro from Roborock is one of the most exciting robot vacuum cleaners to be released this year. Similr to some of its competitors, this appliance has a lowerable navigation tower and outstanding suction power on board. Instead of relying on a roller mop, the company continues to rely on rotating mopping pads. The review reveals how the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro performs in everyday use.
